Teilnahmebedingungen und Regeln

Um an der Hitparade des Belgischen Rundfunks (BRF) teilzunehmen solltest Du im Sendebereich des BRF wohnen.
Wer eine CD gewinnen möchte, der muss ausserdem die Lösung der Quizfrage kennen. Anderseits ist jeder willkommen, seine Musikplatzierungen abzugeben, auch wenn er die Lösung nicht kennt.
Die Teilnahmeformulare müssen bis donnerstags abgeschickt sein, um noch für die folgende Ausgabe der Hitparade berücksichtigt zu werden.

Wie kann ich teilnehmen?

Auf der BRF-Hitparadenseite befindet sich ein Formular, dass nur darauf wartet, ausgefüllt zu werden.

Hinter jeder Platzierung findest Du fünf "Radiobuttons". Diese geben an, wieviele Punkte Du für einen Titel vergeben möchtest. Die Anzahl Punkte fängt bei fünf an für den Titel, den Du am meisten magst bis hin zu einem Punkt für den Titel, den Du weniger magst.

Auf dem Formular ist es möglich, einen Titel gleich 5 mal anzuklicken. Dies hat jedoch zur folge, dass Deine Platzierungen nicht berücksichtigt werden können.

Damit Deine Teilnahme angenommen werden kann, solltest Du auch noch einige andere Angaben in das Formular einfüllen. Auf jeden Fall musst Du Deinen Vor- und Nachnamen, sowie Deine Adresse vermerken.
Wenn Du auch an der CD-Verlosung teilnehmen möchtest, dann brauchst Du auch noch die Antwort zur Quizfrage, die während der Hitparade gestellt wird.

Was bedeuten die verschiedenen Felder auf dem Hitparaden-Formular?

1. Aktuelle Platzierung der Lieder

Hier kannst Du fünf Lieder anklicken, für die Du Punkte verteilen möchtest (fünf ist die höchste Anzahl Punkte, eins ist die niedrigste - also umgekehrt zum deutschen Schulsystem).

2. First Name = Vorname

Hier solltest Du Deinen Vornamen eintragen. Dieses Feld muss eingefüllt werden.

3. Last Name = Nachname

Hier kommt Dein Nachname hin. Dieses Feld muss auch eingefüllt werden.

4. e-mail = elektronische Briefkastenadresse

Du kannst dem BRF auch Deine Internet e-mail Adresse mitteilen, damit eventuelle Rückfragen schneller und zuverlässiger erfolgen können.

5. Address = Adresse

Wenn Du eine CD gewinnst, dann möchtest Du diese natürlich auch bekommen. Da die CD's aber (noch) nicht durch die Internetverbindungen passen, musst Du unbedingt Deine Erden-Adresse angeben an die gegebenenfalls geliefert werden kann.

6. Joke = Spruch

Hast Du einen coolen Spruch auf Lager oder kennst einen guten Witz? Dann schreib' den doch einfach auch mit aufs Teilnahmeformular. Sollte Dein Spruch in der Sendung vorgelesen werden, dann gibts noch Sonderpreise zu gewinnen.

7. Answer = Antwort

Die Antwort zur Quizfrage kommt in dieses Feld. Wenn die Antwort stimmt, dann kannst Du eine CD aus dem Sortiment des BRF gewinnen.

8. Comments = Kommentar

Möchtest Du Deinen Senf noch zu irgendetwas dazugeben, dann ist dieses Feld die letzte Möglichkeit dazu. Hier darf natürlich auch Lob hin, z.B. für das Hitparadenformular ;-)

9. Greetings = Grüsse

Was? Du hast Freunde? Ja dann beweise ihnen doch, dass Du an sie denkst und grüsse sie über den Sender. Wenn Du Glück hast, werden Deine Grüsse gezogen und Deine Freunde werden Dir ewig dankbar sein. Du kannst maximal sieben Personen oder sieben Personengruppen grüssen. Auch das BRF-Team freut sich jedesmal, wenn jemand Grüsse an es richtet. Das gleiche gilt übrigens auch für das Team von euregio.net.

10. New Entry = Hörerneuvorstellung

Wenn Du einen coolen Song kennst, dann kannst Du ihn auch für die Hitparade vorschlagen. Vielleicht wird er ja gezogen und vorgestellt. Die anderen Hörer wählen ihn dann vielleicht auch in die Hitparade. Gib' bitte den Titel des Liedes und den Sänger oder die Gruppe an.

11. Preferred CD = Lieblings-CD

Welche CD aus dem BRF-Sortiment möchtest Du denn gewinnen? Hier kannst Du Dir eine aussuchen.

12. Clear Form = Formular löschen

Hast Du Dich vertippt, oder möchtest neu anfangen, dann verwende diesen Button (im Computer-Neudeutsch heisst es Schaltfläche) und das Formular wird in seinen ursprünglichen Zustand versetzt.

13. Cast Vote = Deine Stimme einreichen

Der ultimative Bestandteil des Hitparadenformular ist dieser Button. Es ist sozusagen die Briefmarke für Deine Teilnahme. Wenn Du auf diesen Knopf drückst, dann achte doch bitte auf die Statusleiste (in Netscape ist diese ganz unten im Fenster). Die Statusleiste teilt Dir mit, ob das Formular abgeschickt wurde. In einer späteren Version des Hitparadenformulars wird man wahrscheinlich auch noch eine zusätzliche Antwort erhalten.

Rules and Conditions

If you want to participate in the music charts of the Belgischer Rundfunk (BRF) then you should live in the service area of BRF which is the East-Belgian broadcasting station (under public law) - but you can listen to the BRF program throughout the Euregio of Meuse-Rhine and across its borders.
To win a CD, you have to know the answer to the question that is asked during the charts overview, aka BRF Hitparade. Even if you don't know the correct answer, you can still submit points for your preferred songs.
The entry forms have to reach the BRF office by Thursday of the given week to be included in the weekly chart overview.

How can I participate?

The page of the BRF-Hitparade contains a form that is just waiting to be filled in by you.

To participate in the charts, you have to award points to your five favourite songs. This can be done by selecting one of the radiobuttons after each entry of the weekly overview. The different radiobuttons represent the number of points you would like to award (starting with 5 points down to one point).

It is possible to select all radiobuttons after any given entry. However if you do so, your submission will be void. Only one radiobutton may be selected per entry and only up to five songs can be selected per submission.

Your submission will only be accepted if you include your first and last name as well as your mailing address. If you'd like to win a CD, you have to know the correct answer for the quiz.

What's the meaning of the different fields?

1. Chart Overview

This is the list of songs which made it into the Top 40 of the BRF. After each line you can decide whether or not you'd like to award points (from 5 down to 1). Remember, only 5 songs can be selected per submission.

2. First Name

Enter your first or given name into this field. This field is required to participate.

3. Last Name

Your last name should go into this field. This field is required as well.

4. E-mail Address

If you've got an e-mail account then you should include your e-mail address. This makes it easier and faster to contact you, should there be any need.

5. Address

This is meant to be your address on planet earth. This field must be filled in in order to allow proper delivery of the CD you might win. Unfortunately CD's cannot be sent economically via the Internet (yet).

6. Joke

Do you know any joke or whitty saying? If you do, just include it on the form and you might win another CD if your joke is read out during the show.

7. Answer

To win a CD from the BRF collection, you have to know the answer to the quiz. If you know the answer, just enter it into this field and cross your fingers that you will win.

8. Comments

Should you have the urge to comment on anything - the radio show, the Internet form or anything else - this is your last chance to put in your two cents worth.

9. Greetings

What, you are surfing the Net and you've still got some friends who cope with you? If you are sure you've got a life then you should take the opportunity to greet your friends and family. If your greetings are drawn during the show, your friends will be grateful forever. You should not greet more than seven persons or groups of persons. The BRF-team is always happy when somebody thinks about them - so is the euregio.net staff - although they don't have a life, do they?

10. New Entry

Do you know any great song and wish to tell other people about it? Just include the name of the song and the artist and maybe it will be presented as new entry during the show. The other listeners decide whether or not they like the song and if it should stay on the Top 40 any longer. Every week there are 10 new entries into the charts.

11. Preferred CD

Choose your favourite CD from the BRF collection. This is the CD that you would like to win.

12. Clear Form

This buttons fills in the form automatically (you wish!). By pressing this button, the form will be reset - this means that you have to enter all your information again. Handy, isn't it?

13. Cast Vote

This is the ultimate part of the Hitparade form. Pressing this button is the same as licking a stamp, sticking it to an envelope and mailing the entry to the BRF. Just see how easy this is when using the Internet - you only have to press a button and off you go - your entry has been sent. The statusbar of your browser tells you if the form was sent correctly. In a future version of the Hitparade form, you'll receive more feetback about your choice.
